What is Telegroup Spectra 0089

Spectra 0089 is Telegroup's direct dialing service. It uses an intelligent global fiber optic network and is designed to give the customer speed, ease of use and crystal clear connections.

Who Can Access Spectra Sweden

All active Telegroup customers in Sweden and all new Sweden customers can use this service.

How Spectra Sweden Works

Here are the details of how the service works:

  1. Free monthly specification of calls
  2. No installation costs.
  3. No monthly minimum fee.

Customer Instructions

  1. For local calls, dial 0089. Then dial the city code + phone number.
  2. For international calls, dial 0089. Then dial the country code + phone number (International Access Code).

Rates, Billing, and Ordering Details
  1. Billing increments 06/06.
  2. Call setup charge is 0.32 SEKs (excluding VAT) for all calls.
  3. Charges start once the customer/s party answers the phone
  4. VAT is 17.5% on all charged calls
  5. Rates are billed in Swedish Kroner, and customer may pay in Swedish Kroner or US Dollars
  6. No service for mobile phones
  7. No charge for non-connects
  8. Customers may receive two invoices: one invoice for Global Access Direct and Spectra calls, a second invoice for Global Access Callback and other Telegroup Services

    Important: If the customer is currently with another reseller, using 0089, or if the customer uses Worldcom directly, the order will be rejected. The customer must call his current service provider to cancel the order before the customer can be provisioned with Telegroup.

  9. Although Spectra Sweden offers very competitive rates, the rates to the Swedish mobile network and some International destinations may be lower using Telegroup GA Direct service.
  10. For EMERGENCY, call 112 directly (not 0089).
