Who Can Access Telegroup Spectra UK?

All customers living in the UK can use Telegroup Spectra UK service, except the following:

• Northern Ireland residents
• Cable customers
• Channel Island residents
• Mobile phone users
• Energis customers

Customer Instructions

1. Local calls and national calls: dial 1625 + full area code + destination number.
   
   NOTE: An example of dialing with full area code: for 0171 828 9922 the customer would dial 162501718289922.
   
2. International calls: dial 1625 + 00 + country code + destination number.

More Telegroup Spectra UK Details

1. Telegroup Spectra UK's call setup charge is 2.5p for a local call. No setup fee for national and international calls.
2. Billing increments:
   *local calls 60/01
   *national calls 01/01
   *international calls 30/01
3. All rates are in GBP (Great British Pound).
4. VAT rate is 17.5%
5. Provisioning takes 3 to 5 days after the new order has been entered. If the order is rejected for some reason, please contact the us.
